Jewellery Repair and Alteration Service
We operate our own jewellery repair and alteration service that allows us to turnaround most repairs in the same day, some even as you wait. In addition, we work very closely with more specialist workshops in London, Birmingham and Kendal with a quality that is second to none. If you have pieces with sentimental value or are out of fashion and you want to redesign them please call in and discuss the options. The possibilities will amaze you.

Insurance Valuations
We are happy to provide you with Insurance Valuations and Estimates for replacements for lost items. You will receive a valuation certificate with photograph of the valued items, and you can be assured that this is all done on the premises. We have the equipment and the expertise on-site to test any gemstone. The valuations are charged by the number of items you bring, not the value of those items.
